Off the back of our mental health & Christianity event 2022, we thought it would be important to outline some personal helplines and websites that may help your own or a friend's/family members' mental health journey.

As part of our mental health event 2022 we want to highlight two charities in particular: Childline.& Mind

These two amazing charities do essential work to support those struggling with their mental health. If you feel called to donate, support or volunteer at these charities we have included links to their websites.

Most Importantly we want to encourage open & honest conversations in student & church communities. So if you need support with your mental health or when supporting a family/friend, please reach out and talk to someone: a friend, student pastor, university, church leader or a mental health helpline.
